I had a very pleasant experience at this office. I find if you go thru the main entrance its easy to access if you have difficulty walking long distances. It just a few steps to the elevator and to his office down the small hallway. Comfortable seat with no arms in waiting room and couch and recliner in his office. The process was short and sweet. Nurse staff was very polite. Cost 137.50 If you have insurance it 50.00 for paper work and letter. Well worth it

He had my letter for insurance ready within minutes. He was typing while we were talking. i found it annoying, but hey, he got the job done in an efficient mannor and i had my letter in a timely mannor. i would recomend him to others who need a letter for bariatric surgery. the psy eval only took about 30 minutes. it cost me $250, out of pocket. it was worth the money.
