Easy to use. Cold it does not taste too bad. A little expensive. You do get 40 gms of protien and 20 oz water.

These were a little easier to get down but still pretty rank in taste. You would really have to be desperate to chug one of these things.

I tried so hard to like this product because it was a great source of protein. However, the aftertaste was terrible, and I just was not able to get it down after a while.

Good stuff. I couldn't stand the powdered protein drinks and I am so glad I found this one. The taste is fairly weak -- which is good in my opinion. Very convenient too.

Where was this stuff when iwas first post op. All we had was chocolate and more chocolate. This stuff comes in fruit punch and orange. It has a wierd dry after taste, but add some diet 7-up and it's fab. Lots of protein. A little pricy, but if you're newly post op you can eat an entire days worth of pretain for about 6 bucks. This has been the most beneficial item in my journey of weight loss. I can really tell the weight comes off when I use this on a daily basis. It tastes better than any other product I've been able to find also. I cannot stand milk so all those other products were out of the question for me. I'm really impressed with it's results.

It comes in several flavors. My favorites are Alpine Punch and Blue Raspberry. It has a light fruity flavor and offers 40 gr. protein in a 20 oz. bottle.

I have been drinking a bottle a day of Isopure since approx 2 months into my post-op. My hair was falling out in clumps and I made a concience decision to make sure it stopped. Ilike the grape, fruit punch,orange and blue rasberry. I don't like the powder protein mixes. With these I can grab one and go.

Very thin, easy to digest. I can sip these like water or any other juice-type drink and it doesn't make me feel bloated like other shake-type protein drinks do.
