This was an excellent vitamin because it is a capsule and I only have to take 2 in the AM and 2 in the PM. That and a sublingual B12 from them was great. The B12 was $19.

This is the best calcium supplement I have been able to find. It contains Vitamin D and boron, both of which aid in absorption of calcium. The boron is specifically why I take the calcium, however. Studies indicate that boron improves calcium metabolism and utilization. It can enhance, as well as mimic the effects estrogen produces on calcium metabolism. It also assists in activating vitamin D to its most active form. I can't argue with information like that. I'm a believer!

Vita4Life saved my life! I had to have a lot of grams of protein a day and wasn't getting them. I couldn't stand the feel of most of the protein shakes in my mouth. They would touch my lips and I would start gagging, it was horrible. Then I found Vita4Life! Each 2 oz liquid contains 30 grams of protein and I mix 1/2 cup orange juice and 1/2 cup water and the Liquid Protein and I am set to go. They have just come out with two new flavors to go with the popular orange dreamsicle and honey. You should try it!!

They have changed their formula to include Vitamin D and boron...I am looking for a pure calcium since I already take a multi vitamins that contains Vit D I don't feel I need to take over the recommended daily dose of Vit D...I also recommend always checking with your surgeon and primary care physican as to whether they want you takeing boron or the extra Vit D since this is now in their Calcium
