This product shakes very well without having to use a stick blender to get the lumps out; and it is great to use as a base for protein shake recipes. IMHO it is the best vanilla flavored protein - and I am not fond of vanilla!

the chocolate isn't bad...the vanilla with nothing added is terrible! HOWEVER, I am pre-op and wanted to start the protein early. I have heard that a person's tastes might change after surgery.

This is the only protein powder that I have found that I can just add to water, shake, add ice and drink. I occasionally add a squirt or two of flavoring or mix with flavored water like Cherry Fruit 2O for a great chocolate/cherry taste. It has exception flavor (chocolate anyway), mixes easily with NO GRIT whatsoever and tastes just like Nestle's Quik to me. It has allowed me to increase my protein because I like it so much!
