One of the shakes I was allowed to have on my preop diet. Got the rich chocolate and cookies and cream (taste like vanilla). It was good. I had to get my dietary shakes really quickly and GNC was easy access. They told me if I didn't like them I could return for a full refund. A little pricy but it has a lot of fiber to keep me from being constipated. Both tubs should last me for my two week preop diet.

I bought the banana flavor. Put in the blender with ice and a fresh banana and there you go. Its good tasting and has 25 g protein per scoop.
