I see what others were saying - none of the 4 flavors I tried were especially TASTY... but since it's only 3 fluid ounces, you can get it down pretty quick... and it's 25 grams of protein and only 100 calories.

I could not stand this.. I know that it is really good for us, but i couldn't drink it at all. One little sip and that was it for me. I am saving them since they say your taste buds change after you have surgery..

Worth every penny, especailly if you hate shakes and bars. Drink this stuff like a shot. It's over in seconds. I swear by this stuff and drink it once or twice a day. My energy level went up ten-fold when I started drinking it too. Yea, it's pricey but worth it.
