This is the only protein drink I have been able to get down. And I actually LIKE it. I add milk instead of water to get more protein in (brings it from 14g to 22g). I would recommend it to post ops trying to get in enough protein.

Pro-Cal 100 taste great!!!
100 calories; 7 grams of carbohydrates and 15 grams of protein per serving. Plus vitamins ans minerals. Not in stores. I've lost 130 pounds since my surgery almost three years ago, so I called the manufacture and ask if I could distribute this wonderful product that is only sold through physicians. Since I work for one, he agreed. I'll send a sample to anyone wanting to try it. It comes in a box of 12 packs for $15.00 plus $1.00 per box S&H up to six boxes. Add $1.50 per box over six boxes. Very afforadable.
