Perfect Zero Carb by Isopure - Protein Powder
I blend one scoop of this with one scoop carb solutions strawberry and it makes a very tasty high protein drink! I have used this product with much success and continue to recommend it. I also have started mixing just the ISOPURE with ICE in a blender, adding some water, splenda, fresh fruit(pineapple/blueberries/banana), and cool whip and that is incredible! It is how I start every morning! Sometimes I put chocolate pudding in too for a chocolate shake-ss/ff of course!
(indicates that they have used the product)I know first day at home, this is going back though. I had it for the evening meal and it taste and smells like baby formula to me. Stomack bubbled and gurgled quite a bit after wards, Think I gonna try something less "shake like" maybe a drink of some kind These are just to thick. blech.
(indicates that they have used the product)I do not like protein powders at all. But I mix 2 scoops with 6 oz of water and 2-3 tsp of sf/ff chocolate pudding mix and blend until smooth. It mixes well and is not gritty. Then pour over ice and shake with ice. I don't like to mix ice in the blender because I don't like that thick texture and it increases the volume a lot. I just like it real cold. It really is good this way. I bought is from GNC because you can return it if you don't like it. Next time I will order it online. It is cheaper.
(indicates that they have used the product)I bought the Strawberries and Cream flavor and just mix it with water. It is a pleasant taste, sort of like kool-aid. What blew me away is its outstanding nurtritional value-2 scoops have 50g of whey protein, 0g sugar, 0g carbs, 0g fat. So many vitamins and minerals I cant post them all. Well worth the price. It does take some time to mix up; but most of the powders do anyway.
(indicates that they have used the product)At first, I was perplexed with how I can get my 65g Protein requirement daily when I only had a 2oz stomach but with Isopure, I can get what I need with a simple recipe. Instead of 12 ounces of water to mix with the 2 scoops of Isopure Creamy Vanilla, I use 6 ounces (or 3/4C skim milk), the 2 scoops of Isopure and 6 Tablespoons of Pasturized Egg Whites. This yields 3-2oz servings which gives 22g of Protein per serving. Drink 3x daily, that's 66g of Protein! Thank goodness for Isopure!
