I am currently using this protein powder but I do not like the after taste at all. It leaves a horrible chocolate flavor on my tongue and I have to chug so much water to even begin to get rid of it. I guess that's the plus side - it helps me reach my daily water intake goal...lol.

I look forward to having the chocolate Muscle Milk, I add low fat milk to it and it offers less carbs that way. I like both the 11 oz size and the 17 oz with a screw on cap. Drink cold, don't freeze. I keep a supply on hand so I can have it every day.

Pricey, but by far the best protein powder I have tasted so far. The chocolate is GOOD!

Cookies 'n Creme tastes like Cookies 'n Creme Ice Cream. Its a little too sweet if anything.
