For someone sick of shakes (was on medifast 6 weeks pre surgery) this is great. I mix it with 24 ounces of water and sip all day.

Protein is sooo necessary, there are few ways to ingest enough protein with low calorie content. I will probably supplement my protein intake with this product for a very long time.

Bah 42g of protein in one tube BUT to me it tasted yucky. I only tried orange flavor though, but makes me sad that its so much protein but tastes bleh!

25 Gm per tube. Fruit Punch. 0 Carbs, 0 Fat. It is too sweet to drink straight out of the tube. Add some ice and water to taste and it's okay.

This stuff ROCKS!!! 42 g of protein in 3 oz! I love the Tropical Punch and the Grape. It's a little thick for some people but me? No problems! It tastes like liquid jello - sweet and sticky! Love it! What an awesome way to get in your protein each day!
