thank god they made this stuff because dry whole milk and all that other nasty stuff just wasnt cutting it

GNC is a bit more expensive, but it tastes a lot better than others I have tried. VitaCost Powder I had to choke it down and hated it, but the Chocolate GNC and French Vanilla is great. I add a scoop of unflavored to get 20-25 grams more of Protien. I use a 5lb Flavored and 2 lb unflavored in about 5-6 weeks.
