I have been researching protein shakes and this is really good!

This is a great way to get 20 grams of protein in just 2 scoops and 6 oz. of water or milk. Easily mixes with spoon, blender or shaker cup. Tastes great with water and fat-free milk with a couple of ice cubes makes it thick like a milk shake. Yummy and a great value!!!

i found that this tastes better with a little bit of peanutbutter added to it

It mixed well with a spoon and I love the taste.I mix it with water.I finally found a powder I liked.

All flavors are great, but I do love the chocolate the best! With the fantastic recipes I have gotten this is by far the best protein shake I have ever tasted.
