I find the eating 1/2 a cookies and cream bar with my morning tea to be a real treat.

They are low in fat, sugar and carbs and they still taste ok for a protein bar. My fav is the apple cinnamon.

The flavor i wanted to comment on was the COOKIES AND CREAM flavored bar.... its YUMMY... and it has 24 grams of protien, so its really good for all of us.... and it only has 2 grams of carbs and 4.5 grams of fat.

Several flavors available. All are pretty good. The cookies n cream tastes like Oreos. Excellent bar as far as protein bars go. They have a good texture and did a good job of hiding the protein flavors. Lots of glycerin, however - which could stall you on Atkins.

This is by far the best low carb, protein bar I've found. The Blueberry, Apple Cinnamon and Cookies and Cream. The lemon is nasty. The Cookies and Cream is my favorite. I eat one almost every morning for breakfast.

Oh the Cookies and Cream. I put them in my refridgerator and could not believe the taste. I have tried several brands and these are the best. And The cost at Walmart makes it even better!!

These are great. They come in three flavors and have 35 grams of protein a piece. Great for on the go or just an evening snack.

My favorite is the Cookies & Cream and the apple cinnamon. I feel like I am having a dessert when I eat either one. They have 25 g of protein and 2 carbs.
