Product tastes good and fills you up. Good protein value. sugar content may be too high for post-op. I had to do this for my pre-op diet for 2 weeks.

they are not so bad, if you cut it iwth skim milk. the strawberry, however is gross!!!!!!!
The vanilla kind was horrible. I could not keep it down in the hospital and wasted money buying it at home.
