    I have only used it for a week now and will finish the bottle but don't know that I would buy it again. I don't notice any difference in my nails or hair yet. These capsules will have to be broken and mixed More...

    I bought it cause I heard it helps prevent hailoss. So far so good!

    This product has really helped my hair . My hair is very thin and it seems to make it fuller and more manageable. I hope it continues to help after surgery. Been on it for 2 monthes.
