Good for a quick meal on the go with 17 gr of protein. I will definately be using this in the future for the "on the go" meal.

I have the same problem with these shakes as everyone else. The gritty texture is awful! I'm really having a hard time getting my recommended amount of daily protein because I can't always stomach the shakes.

I tried the Cappucino, carmel and chocolate. These were good for me for breakfast because I drive for a living and find it hard to have breakfast before I leave.
