Dr Shiv was very supportive of me. I had already decieded to have the surgery when she brought the subject up. She wrote a letter to help me to get my insurance company to pay for the surgery and has offered any type of help I need to see my weight loss journey through. She has also agreed to help when it is my daughters turn for the surgery. She has been a real sweetheart.
