I haven't lived in this city long, so this was my first visit to him- about a back problem. I knew I wanted to talk to him about the surgery too. I went in with a list of the problems I have being so obese and a list of all the diets that I've been on over the years. I was expecting to have to argue about why I wanted this surgery, so many others I've talked to had to with their doctors. Suprisingly, he not only knew about the surgey, he knew Doctors in the area who did them. We talked about my background and stuff for a little while, then he said he'd be happy to write the letter to the insurance company for me. For anyone in Maysville wanting to have this surgery, I'd try and switch to Dr. Wallingford. I know a lot of other doctors in this city think that in order to loose weight, you just need to diet more and exercise. As we all know, it takes a little bit more than that.
