I researched numerous plastic surgery offices in the Dublin area, South Bay Area and and even Peninsula areas but Dr. Ronan's reviews were definitely standout compared to other offices. When I called Blackhawk with numerous questions regarding the procedure and billing/insurance - I was listened to patiently and respectfully. They accommodated my schedule easily, and that is not always the case with plastic surgery offices. I met with Ari for the consultation for Thermiva and she listened carefully to my concerns and needs as a nursing mother. She also consulted with Dr. Ronan which I thought was good because she was being thorough and not rushing into the procedure. The procedure was easy and practically painless. Ari made me feel comfortable the whole time. The results were immediate. I will definitely go back to Blackhawk for other procedures I'd like done a part of my Mommy Makeover. I am so glad I chose Blackhawk!

Great listener and very experienced! Although I have not had personal assistance in obesity and the surgeries involved; I can say that the surgery I have had with Dr. Ronan was a success! If you want the most up to date technology and the most innovative techniques uses, use Dr. Ronan!

I arrived at Blackhawk Plastic Surgery as a first time patient from Sacramento Ca. As I walked in and before I walked in the door I was already greeted by everybody at the front desk... so very friendly and inviting! And everyone was dressed up so cute in their holiday outfits.. the waiting room smelled so lovely and the wait time was very prompt! Took me longer to fill out the papers then it did for them to call my name! Lol... I must say the clinic is beautiful and the decor is amazing and the staff is so professional... I had lip fillers and Botox done that day and the lady I had made me feel so comfortable because for the first time of getting fillers I was getting them "without" numbing cream and that made me SO umcomfortable! So was so sweet and did a great job of reassuring me that the process was going to go so fast I would not feel it anyway and that she would be so patient and take her time and walk me threw it... well truth be told.. I did not feel it and I'm still in shock to this day!! I have no idea how!! Ha ha ha she is amazing!! She has miracle fingers!! Lol my total visit was so convenient and I was in and out.. they took their time to answer all my questions and I didn't feel rushed! And my lips look amazing! I just love this place! And my hour and a half drive from home was so worth it! Then on my way out to add frosting to the cake they gave me a gift.. I was not expecting that! This place was amazing and just treat their clients so well and really do put ur best "face" first get it??? Ha ha ha ha ha thank I guys for being so great to me.... I will be back in 6 months for next syringe of fillers... see u all then...:)

When you make a decision to enhance or improve a part of your body, it is not one that you do hastily. After a lot of research and interviewing, I am so glad that I had chosen Dr. Ronan and his staff for my rhinoplasty and breast augmentation needs. I have been extremely impressed with the personalized care given at BPS. They suggested the pearl fusion treatment for skin rejuvenation, followed by a variety of topicals. I can say this is the first time in 30 years my rosacea acne has cleared up, and many of my friends have even taken notice. Dr. Ronan and his awesome team are very caring and sensitive. I felt Dr Ronan really listened to me, gave great advice, and provided fantastic work with a fabulous outcome. The onsite surgery center is very convenient, and they are especially attentive with follow-up care.
