Excellent service and care! Highly recommend, not only is he a great doctor, but his entire team is amazing!
This was my first experience in the cosmetic surgery industry. I had mixed up my appointment with a different day and they were very accommodating even though I came on the wrong day. It was very professional with great customer service. I took a seat to fill out my information on the clip board they gave me to sign and before I knew it I was in the next room receiving my consultation and learning more about the procedures. Dr. Ronan offered me the softest lip filler possible and was very informative on the different options. The whole procedure took about 60 seconds and was completely painless. I only had a noticeable amount of swelling for two days but no bruising. I give my highest review to Blackhawk Plastic Surgery and to Dr. Ronan!
Dr. Ronan previously performed a tummy tuck on me and it turned out so well I came back to him for a lower body lift and Brachioplasty. The team at Blackhawk surgery is wonderfully professional, caring and competent. I would recommend Dr. Ronan as the number one surgeon in the Bay Area. His prices are reasonable and most importantly he does an excellent job.
Blackhawk plastic surgery is top notche. Dr. Ronan is highly trained and skilled, he's a expert at what he does and the results from my surgery show that! From Dr. Ronan, the office atmosphere, cleanliness of the facility, to the friendly staff and everything in between my experience was grade A :) can't wait to come back for more
When you walk into Blackhawk Plastic Surgery you are greeted with a friendly face and a warm smile. Dr. Ronan and his staff make you feel comfortable and are very patient and attentive to any questions or concerns you may have. They are very honest about what type of procedures would be best and they do not attempt to force unnecessary procedures on you. I would definitely return as a patient and would recommend them if you are looking for a skilled Plastic surgeon.
I had a wonderful experience at Blackhawk Plastic Surgery. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, and really goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease. I had a breast augmentation and tummy tuck, and even on the day of surgery I felt calm and comfortable. I had an easy, complication-free recovery and was kept informed of what to expect. I am thrilled with the results now that I am a few months out, and would highly recommend BPS.

I had the best experience at Blackhawk Plastic Surgery. From the time I came in, to the time I left, the staff made sure to make me feel very welcomed and was extremely attentive. The Patient Coordinator I worked with, Krystal, was amazing. Krystal was professional and kind, and listened to everything I had to say, while taking very detailed notes for Dr. Ronan. By the time the doctor came in, he was well versed on why I was there and what my goals were. Doctor Ronan was thorough and understanding and supportive of my vision for myself. Doctor Ronan also made sound recommendations that I trusted and appreciated. At the end of the appointment, Krystal went over pricing and financing options with me and was extremely transparent. There was no pressure to make any decisions that day, and I left with not one question unanswered. I will be scheduling surgery with doctor Ronan later this year, and I couldn't feel more confident about my decision. I highly recommend Dr. Ronan and his staff to anyone considering any type of surgery to enhance their natural self.
I researched numerous plastic surgery offices in the Dublin area, South Bay Area and and even Peninsula areas but Dr. Ronan's reviews were definitely standout compared to other offices. When I called Blackhawk with numerous questions regarding the procedure and billing/insurance - I was listened to patiently and respectfully. They accommodated my schedule easily, and that is not always the case with plastic surgery offices. I met with Ari for the consultation for Thermiva and she listened carefully to my concerns and needs as a nursing mother. She also consulted with Dr. Ronan which I thought was good because she was being thorough and not rushing into the procedure. The procedure was easy and practically painless. Ari made me feel comfortable the whole time. The results were immediate. I will definitely go back to Blackhawk for other procedures I'd like done a part of my Mommy Makeover. I am so glad I chose Blackhawk!
