John Polley Plastic Surgeon M.D. S.C.

Although I am still in the healing stages with much change going on, I am completely satisfied with the work Dr. Polley did on my neck. He thoughtfully planned out and then removed a tremendous amount of loose skin, giving me a very nice profile as well as an overall rested look.

Dr. Polley (who's listed in Chicago Magazine as "Chicago's Top Doctor" did my abdominoplasty and then subsequently my breast augmentation. For my abdominoplasty, Dr. Polley was challenged by previous abdominal surgery (gallbladdar) which left a weird long sideways incision. According to other referrals I've had with other plastic surgeons, this could have been removed during the tummy tuck procedure. Dr. Polley, however took a more conservative approach to avoid the risk of me losing blod supply to the area I mentioned above. This did not allow him to be more aggressive is 'tucking' my stomach. I chose him because he knew the risk up front. Now the breast augementation was good, again, he was challenged because I had had a previous REDUCTION, which compromised the natural breast fold. Again, surgical challenges is what Dr. Polley is known for. He has an extremely warm bedside manner, very handsome and well respected in the medical community. His assistant Christine is Wonderful! She gets to know you and is very personable. The entire staff is great!
