I had a panniculectomy and brachioplasty performed by Dr.Castle and his associates. I am very pleased with the results. I am having some loss of sensation and tightness in my forearms --I have a call into his office about this. I will be going back at a later date to have a thigh lift done. I am very happy with my overall results.
I had a total tummy tuck, breast lift and implants. I had lost a total of 130lbs. and at the time of my surgery I weighed about 140lbs. Dr. Castle and his staff were very upbeat and sincere about what I could expect to have done. Dr. Castle is the type of person that you feel like you have known him for a long time.
Dr. Castle was the second person that I saw about having plastic surgery and once I met with him I knew right away that he was the right person for me. He is extremely compassionate and never made me feel uncomfortable once. He also took that time to answer all of my questions without making me feel like I needed to rush. I would highly recommend him and if I ever decide to have any more work done I would never choose anyone else.
Dr. Castle is a very sweet man. There was a never a time that I doubted he saw me as a person and NOT another form on his table. He is very realistic about what you can expect from him and doesn't promise the world and NOT deliver. He was honest that he didn't know if he'd be able to save my navel ... but he did! And I love it!
Dr. Castle is an extremely talented, caring and compassionate plastic surgeon. His work is outstanding and he is always available to answer any questions or concerns as they arise. His staff is excellent. I had a truly outstanding experience with his nurse, Sharon Cabral. She is extremely professional, caring and compassionate. She is a real sweetheart of a person, and truly complements Dr. Castle's calm, reassuring, upbeat, compassionate personality. I would highly recommend Dr. Castle without any doubts. I think the most important thing going into plastic surgery is a realistic expectation of the outcome. I will never have a tummy or legs like Twiggy, but mine are 100% better than they were after my weight loss.
