Very good experience, very professional and non-judgemental. Incisions extremely precise and scarring was minimal comared to the bariatric surgery itself.

This doctor is young and VERY arrogant. He was very clearly adverse to my insurance and misunderstood that a federal health insurance is not welfare or public money. He told me that the government shouldn't be expected to pay for plastic surgery. He assessed my needs as real, but cosmetic in nature, though he conceded that I had a lot of excess skin and tissue that was affecting function.

He further evaluated a previous surgery without first viewing the surgery report or contacting my bariatric surgeon.

I was taken by complete surprise as I expected much more after reading other reviews.

He did my abdominoplasty in April 2003. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. It took me 27 years since my WLS, but, he was worth waiting for. He is an absolute artist in his profession. I am waiting for him to complete research in the best thigh lift procedures for post WLS patients. Then I will be first in line for surgery.

I had my hernia repair/abdominoplasty on May 20, 2003. It was a fairly extensive procedure - Dr. Zegzula was so great with aftercare, and when insurance gave me hassles he and Dr. Zelko both went totally to bat for me. I couldn't hold them in any higher esteem!

This is a great Plastic Surgeon! He is making quite a name for his self. His specialty is Working w/ Dr.Zelko (General Surgeon) in Abdominal Repair and Abdominoplasty w/Panniculectomy on post gastric bypass patients. He is a true artist! His other specialty is Breast Work! He is amazing!
