F. True Lansden Plastic Surgeon M.D.

I was a patient of Dr. Lansden many years ago when he had a practice in South Mississippi just outside of New Orleans. He was doing this kind of surgery way back then and I feel lucky that I went to him. Eight years later and I am happier than ever. I came across his name the other day and decided to see where he is practicing now. I just wanted to let everyone know that he is a very kind and wonderful doctor. I found some disturbing things about him posted on a website that doesn't like plastic surgeons and it is terrible that he has to go through something like that. I had to speak out and let everyone know that those things I read cant possibly be true. The doctor I knew was very knowledgeable and competent and seemed to be very happy in his family life. I am a living testimony to what a great doctor he is.

I think that it is a blessing that Dr. Lansden is practicing in the Florida Keys. I thought that I was going to have to go to Miami. I went to visit Dr. Lansden and I was pleasantly surprised to find that he and his staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I left his office feeling informed and with options of which I am considering. I managed to get my insurance to review my medical records again and am hopeful that I can schedule surgery soon. I also visited Mariner's Hospital where Dr. Lansden does all of his surgery and it is beautiful! It is new and so is everything in it! I am very excited and hopeful that I can move forward on my surgery soon!

Dr. Lansden was the most caring and wonderful surgeon that I have ever met. He took time to listen to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. His staff was sweet and caring as well and helped me get my surgery covered by my insurance. I can't imagine anyone not being happy with Dr. Lansden and the Florida Keys Center for Plastic Surgery. Going into this surgery I tried to have realistic expectations of what the results would be. I knew that I would not come out looking like a runway model but I also knew that it would be a definate improvement. My surgery went smoothly with no complications whatsoever and now I look better than I ever hoped to. My tummy tuck and breast lift look great (my breasts are actually perky) and the incisions are healing nicely. I don't know why I waited so long!! Dr. Lansden is a fabulous surgeon that I recommend highly to anyone looking for a Plastic Surgeon.

I was mistaken about the surgery on my arms. Dr. Lansden did do the procedure we discussed, but I was not expecting the scar to be straight. I do still have excess skin in my upper arms, and he has promised to do an office procedure to correct that. He will also do some minor revisions under local anesthesia. I am much happier with the results now that I am 8 weeks post-op.
