I am very pleased with my tummy tuck that Dr. Kaufmann performed.He is a great doctor. Very patient and answers all your questions you never feel rushed. Bedside manner was great. You know that he cares about you as a person not only a patient. I am excited to have my next procedures completed by Dr. Kaufmann. His whole staff is great to work with they will answer all your questions and call to follow up. I would recommend Dr. Kaufmann to anyone looking into having plastic surgery. I am very pleased with my outcome. Would do it all over again in a heartbeat.
Dr Kaufman performed my lower body lift, arm lift, thigh lift and breast augmentation with a lift, I was back to work in six weeks, it was the best thing I ever did for myself. Dr. Kaufman is a very talented and skilled surgeon and I could not be more pleased with the results but he is also a great person. He listened to all my concerns big or small and never once made me feel dumb or made me feel like I was being rushed so he could get to the next patient. Dr. Kaufman genuinely cares about his patients and it shows. The nurses and rest of the staff are very caring and extremely nice I could not have expected or asked for a better experience.
I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr Kaufman and his staff. I am 21 and just had a lower body lift done by him following a 120 lb. weigh loss. The first ting I noticed about him was his caring manner. He was never rushed or irritated by my thousands of questions. The day of surgery i was in the pre op room and getting really nervous and he came over grabbed my hand and assured me over and over. He is a truely sweet man and has a great bed side manner which i have never found with any other surgeon. In my post op appointments he was excited to see my progress and even came out to my hotel to see me 4 times in the few days following the surgery because I was having issues using the restroom. He is so sweet and honestly cares! His staff is sweet and have known me by name since my second visit! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who is thinking about plastic surgery. I could not have asked for a better experience! Thanks Dr. Kaufman!!!

Dr. Kaufman and his staff were what I was looking for and what I deserved, after 18 months of working very hard to loose my excess weight. I travelled from Germany to Folsom, CA to have a TT and a breast reduction and I would do it again in a heart beat! Extremely pleasant personality; tender in his care, in his voice, in his manerism; an ARTIST!!! My new body was something that I could never imaging could be mine! The breasts are actually on the chest, not the belly! What belly? I am now as flat as I dreamed! His staff were so helpful, from my first e-mail, up to my last visit there. The facilities are top of the line, and so is the equipment used on me. I was looking for a pain pump, he uses it. The drain tubes were one of my main concerns, not a problem at all. I can trully say that I did not have one day of pain...unconfortable days, yes, but I'll take that to pain! Thank you Dr. Kaufman, I'll be back!

Living in Southern California, I have access to some of the best surgeons in Beverly Hills, and yet after meeting with Dr. Kaufman, I didn't have a doubt that he was the right surgeon that I wanted to entrust myself to. I trust him and his judgement completely. I honestly cannot begin to find enough words to express how happy I am to have met Dr. Kaufman and his incredible staff! I am thrilled with everything he has done for me and would recommend him to anyone looking for a highly skilled and personable surgeon. Thank you Dr. Kaufman for helping me see my dreams come true!
I can't even really begin to review Dr. Kaufman, there isn't a high enough rating. I had my LBL with him on 4/28/08, and I have to say that my results are awesome so far. He and his staff have been so caring and committed to my personal journey. With every follow up, I feel like the first time when I walked in his office. They make me feel each and everytime, that I matter to them and that I am there only patient. He always spends as much time needed to go over any concerns that I might have and my next steps in the healing process. I have 2 more phases of surgery that I will need and he will be the only one that I will allow to do it. As far as I am concerned, my research and my instinct paid off and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Dr. Kaufman for caring about me so much, I appreciate it more than words could ever say.
I don't think that I can adequately put into words how wonderful Dr. Kaufman and his staff are. They answered all of my pre and post op questions and never hesitated to have me come in the office. But most important of all, I could not be happier with my results. The outcome is absolutely wonderful
This man has made my life so much better than it was after losing my goal weight. I used to weigh 329 pounds and I now weigh 162. When I went to see Dr. Kaufman I weighed 178, then proceeded to have a lower body lift May of this year. I am now down 16 pounds, but from the surgery went down 12 pounds. Let me tell you that, he, his staff are all so supportive and it was great to find a surgeon who loves to work on people who have lost weight, not to mention he caters to them. I had gastric bypass June of 2005 and I was 29 years old. It saved my life. I researched plastic surgeons and actually went and had a consultation by another surgeon that my uncle who is a general surgeon, recommended to me. I did not like him at all. Was uncomfortable, was told he wouldnt do what I wanted him to do, and well he wasnt close to home. Then I went to a weight loss meeting for gastric bypass and heard Dr. Kaufman speak as a guest. My boyfriend and I were both there and we said hey, lets check this guy out. I did, enough said. Hes great, and I am going back for 2 more surgeries. He couldnt be a nicer more trusting surgeon. I am so happy with my results and look forward to being happier after my next two surgeries (if thats possible).
Hi everyone! My facelift was the beginning of my plastics journey after losing 153 lbs after gastric bypass.
I searched high & low for a surgeon I could trust with this very important procedure. If you know me, you'd know that it takes me forever and a day to choose whatever I'm researching. It took me a month to finally pick out a digital camera! lol
I had several places in Calilfornia I could've gone to -(Palm Springs (one of the plastics capitals!), San Diego, Mexico & Sacramento area). I live in a remote town in Alaska...even had a plastics consult in Anchorage but I didn't feel the 'click'. I'm sure he was a good surgeon and all but I wanted to 'hear that click!'
After a long search I chose Dr. David Kaufman. I found him through obesityhelp.com...visited his website www.thenaturalresult.com & phoned his office. A gal in the office suggested I email him. I thought "Yeah, right, like some famous plastic surgeon is going to take the time out of his busy schedule to call me!" I emailed him, attached some pics & as an afterthought, gave him my home phone. It wasn't but an hour or so later that I get a call from him! I was flabbergasted. He was very kind...not pushy at all and was very patient with all my emails & questions that I bombarded him with during the month or so of waiting. I'm a professional 'nervous nellie' so he had a lot to work with!
Finally went for the initial consult and lo and behold - "CLICK"!!! Yep, that's the one!
His website is rightly named...www.thenaturalresult.com - my results are VERY natural - I do NOT have that awful 'pulled or windblown' look that you see so much.
His prices are very reasonable...he has a surgical center in his office - it looks & feels just like a hospital OR. The whole office is so supportive & go out of their way to help. They even came to get me the morning of surgery since my daughter had to work!
I felt 'safe' and cared for. He called me a couple of times post op to make sure I was doing ok.
I also really love the charity work he & his office perform...I was looking at the picture album and was so amazed at a picture of a child with a deformed hand. His thumb was bent all the way backward, attached to his arm & the rest of the fingers all mangled. The post-op picture looked so normal!
