About Me
Kyle was a shy, angry kid struggling to fit in. He used fitness to manage his stress, transform his body, and to become empowered with the confidence to pursue his dreams. For Kyle, “Fitness was the anti-depressant that saved his life.” Kyle believes in a holistic approach to health and fitness, ensuring that your body is given everything it requires to build health and vitality from the inside out.
For the past 17 years, Kyle has been the go-to resource for some of the world’s leading Fortune 500 organizations, top CEOs, professional and Olympic athletes, and over 50 of the world’s biggest celebrities. He also hosted a radio show, The Empower Hour, on ESPN where he covered a wide variety of topics such as fitness and nutrition secrets, mental toughness, longevity, and childhood obesity. Kyle is also a sought out author for top-ranking fitness magazines and published the book, How Much Does A Zebra Weigh?, where he empowers people to build self-confidence through a sound mind in a strong and healthy body.
From years of clients not satisfied with protein shakes they tried, Kyle created FIT 365® as an all-natural, complete low-calorie delicious meal in a shake. FIT 365® is available at Whole Foods Market, highly regarded health food stores, and Amazon.
Kyle is married to Sarah, with two children, Ava and Brayden. Together, they have created a loving and nurturing family. Kyle is quick to tell you that he loves his life and remembers every day that true happiness comes from within. He believes if all of us discover our passion and make them our mission in life, we can be excited to wake up every morning and live each day to the fullest.

Just trying to contact you so I can print or email myself some of your articles. It won't let me print or email them to myself from this site. I would love to have a few saved to my email. Thanks!
