Susana Potter Other Physician Practice Manager

Susana Potter is the Physician Practice Manager for the Weight Loss Sur gery Center. She attended Eastern Kentucky University, majoring in business management and is a registered medical coder (RMC). Bringing 37 years of experience to Pikeville Medical Center, she joined the PMC team in 2013. Susana began her career in 1976 working for a General Surgeon’s Practice as a coder and Practice Manager. Prior to joining the Weight Loss Surgery Center, Susana served as a Manager of both PMC’s Billing Department and Centralized Scheduling. She is a current member of the AAPC.
