Eduardo Valenzuela Internist MD

He is the Chief of Internal Medicine in the Bariatric Clinical Department. His duty is to stratify patient’s risks, performing a complete assessment of the metabolic, cardiac and preoperative studies on the obese patient who is being prepared for surgery and the clinical management postoperatively.

He graduated from Baja California’s Autonomous University, practicing a residency in Internal Medicine in Tijuana’s General hospital where nowadays he is Chief of Internal Medicine and the Intensive Care Unit.

He is a member of the Mexican Association of Internal Medicine and a certified specialist in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
