ValleyHealth Metabolic & Bariatric Program Hospital
I have wanted Dr. Glembot since I started researching this surgery, and he is the one who is going to preform my surgery. I like his office staff but they messed up my first office visit and had to wait another two months to get in to see him. I have to see him again a week before my surgery and cant wait! He stresses that everyone should come to the group meetings and vitamins are important. He listened to everything I had to say and understood.
Dr.Glembot is a wonderful surgeon, the first appt. I had with him he made sure that I understood everything about the surgery and didnt rush me through, always ask me if I had any questions for him.
My impression of Dr.Glembot has only gotten better from the first meeting until now.
The staff at the office are all very nice.
There is nothing that I have disliked about Dr.Glembot
Dr.Glembot really wants his patients to be informed about this surgery and all the effects of it.
Dr.Glembot and the other surgeons in this group have an amazing aftercare program. With them its not just having surgery, they want you to attend support group meetings and have an awsome program for the patients.
The aftercare program with Dr.Glembot is wonderful, you never feel like your left to deal with anything alone.
Dr.Glembot made sure that I understood every risk, no matter how small. And that I knew what could happen and how things should go.
I would personally give Dr.Glembot the highest of scores. He is a professional with an excellent manner that makes him very easy to talk to and you know that you can ask him any questions, no matter what they are and that he will always be available to help you out or find you any help that you need before and after having surgery.
His surgical competence and bedside manner are both grade A+! Excellent!!

Dr. Glembot has a great personality and truely cares about his patients. He is always very upfront about the things you are going to experience. His experience in this field made him hard to get an appointment with. My wait was over 14-15 months from the first call made to their office, and my surgery date. He's very involved in the winchester bariatric program. He was determined to discover what my complication was, and fixed it immediately. I'm very thankful to have had a surgeon which made me feel like his number one priority, even though I know he is a very very busy man trying to keep up with the bariatric demand in this area.
My paper work got confused at one point, and the office didn't get information back from my sleep study very fast, and it took several calls of me pushing them before they realized so much time had passed. Other than that, everything seemed normal.

hospital and nursing staff excellent...but the billing department needs a major attitude adjustment, they tell you how much you will pay per month after insurance pays.they wanted $600. a month haha i am not rich they will get it only not that much a month they try to force you to pay with in their time frame must work on a commission basis and get a bonus to harrass patients into paying. you only have 4 months to pay what the insurance doesn't cover or they start with threat!!! threatning calls and letters then they will give you 6 months on what they call colletions with in the hospital they are not easy to deal with and will not accept reseanable payments they what to set the limits on what you are to pay around $600 a month wow!!1 what after surgery care to be stressed out over bills and to have to put up with all the threats while making payments!!!
I was concerned about going to such a large hospital. My concerns were unwarranted. I had no problems getting help from the nursing staff. They were very willing to do everything they could for me. I was pleasantly suprised I did not get lost in the shuffle of taking care of so many patients at one time.
I was on the 4th floor surgical. The nurses are SO VERY NICE!!! They were all very supportive and helpful and actually made you feel like they really wanted to be helpful not because they had to but because they actually wanted to. Everyone was great from the housekeepers to the nurses and even the volunteers. It was a great experience.
