The nurses were always positive and helpful in anything I needed... I had a double bed room and they did not put another patient in with me as my Husband was able to sleep in the other bed!

I was so pleased how I was treated. From pre-op to discharge it was a joy. My husband and I commented on the way home that they could not have been nicer or more professional than at Norton University.

Most of the staff were ok but there were a few that would not help you or were very rude....I think if they don't like what they do for a living that they should consider going into a new line of work....

In general, the nursing care was good. 2 of the nurses were excellent while the others were fair to poor.
