Trinity Hospital of Augusta Hospital

DR. BLANEY IS AN AMAZING BARIATRICS DR. WHO HELPED ME WHEN NO ONE ELSE WOULD. NOT ONLY IS HE KIND, AND ATTENTIVE TO YOUR EVERY NEED...BUT THE ENTIRE STAFF AT TRINITY BARITRICS AND WEIGHT LOSE ARE IN MY OPINION THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO. I WOULDN'T CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE TO TAKE CARE OF ALL MY BARIATRIC NEEDS.

THE NURSING STAFF WAS GREAT. WHEN I WALKED LAPS THEY WERE CHEERLEADERS. BECAUSE THERE WERE ONLY 3 PEOPLE ON THE FLOOR THEY MOVED US TO THE FIRST FLOOR. I DID NOT LIKE THAT OR THE NURSES LIKE THAT. ALL THE NURSE GAVE US HUGS GOOD BYE. THEY WERE THERE WENT EVERY YOU CALLED AND WHEN YOU DID NOT CALL. THEY WOULD COME BY TO CHECK ON YOU AND TALK. A GREAT BUNCH OF PROPKE

This man is a GOD-send. Dr. Blaney has had a peaceful spirit since the day I met him. Anytime I have been unnerved he came in the room with complete confidence. He always says , "You're gonna do great." I did admit to him that I was scared to continue the day of my surgery but his warm smile and encouragement got me on through. He came to check on me every day and was very humble when my mother prayed for him. Dr. Blaney is in the perfect profession. Being obese is not something that can be cure over night with a few staples and I am glad to know that I have a doctor that is in it with me for the long haul.

I havent been a patient a Trinity for years, yet when I went to my pre-op I felt automatically at ease. The staff allowed me to fully express my concerns and addressed each one of them in a timely manner and also with a pleasant attitude. I haven't met one rude person here and they all have a sense of humor. The biggest aspect is that this is a Catholic hospital and although I am non-denominational, I enjoyed morning prayer and the several prayers throughout the days of my stay here. I am overly pleased with my stay here!

I enjoyed my stay at Trinity for the most part. I was there from Monday - Wednesday and the staff was great.. Bobbie and Gloria who I saw the most were simply amazing. I loved them! I only had 1 problem with one of the nurses that was taking care of me and I will not mention a name but I will say that she gave me know "Peace" at all. She was very rude and not very friendly at all. But my overall stay was pleasant.

My first impression of Dr. Blaney was awesome. He is a very down to earth guy who cares about his patients to the fullest. He is very blunt and will tell you exactly how it is and doesn't sugar coat anything. He makes you feel very comfortable. He went over everything you needed to know before the surgery, after the surgery and what you need to continue to do to have a successful life changing journey. His staff is wonderful and the majority of them have indeed had the WLS themselves which is amazing because they have been through what you are going through and know how you feel.
Dr. Blaney made sure everything was in order and I was 100% ready for surgery. I don't think there is anything negative that I could say about this man. He is simply wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone who is in the Augusta and surrounding areas wanting to have WLS.
I am so happy to have him as my doctor and who will be with me every step of my journey.

Dr. Blaney is just amazing. He did my band in 2007 and my band to sleeve revision 3/21/11. I have never had a more caring, attentive physician. He really listens and cares. Dr. Blaney makes sure you really understand the different surgeries and what each entails and assists you with you decision. He spends an entire Saturday morning doing this for a group in a very relaxed atmosphere. His office staff are just as caring and very helpful. The nutritionist, Bryn, is always available and very encouraging. Obviously I think Dr. Blaney's surgical techniques are great since he has done 2 surgeries on me. I highly recommend him. You will not regret it.
A very Happy patient,
Cathy
