The staff was very accomodating. The rooms leave a little to be desired but the staff more than makes up for that.

The entire staff was wonderful and very helpful. Don't let the small size fool you, they're great!!!

Good place, quiet, rooms have nice views. Beds were large enough, however they were not very ergonomical. I am still sore. Also found it very hard to sleep comfortably

I would highly recommend River West's bariatric program and Dr. Hargroder and his staff to anyone considering bariatric surgery. Mine was flawless and I am only seven days post-op and feeling great.

The entire staff.. from the Doctors to the janitorial staff treated me and my family like we were the ONLY people that mattered..... EVERYONE down there treat you better than you would treat your own family memebers.... I can't say enough about great everyone was ... and how wonderful my experience was....

Although this was a very small medical center, it was extremely well equipped for bariatric patients.

only problem i had was something different to eat when the standard tray was something that made me nauseaous. but i was able to get additional popsicles and they found me some regular soup to have
