Lenox Hill Hospital

The staff were good and accommodating. It was just a bit noisy. My nurses were David and Ella and they (especially David) were great.

Excellent care and attention

Great.

I had a very good stay at the hospital because i had a GREAT nurse and nurses aid.

The staff was AMAZING! I felt taken care of from the time I stepped in to start until I was discharged.

I was put in a surgical ICU step down unit after surgery. I had my own private room, and it was the best. Trust me those first few days out of surgery i was glad to be alone. I really have to say if your going to have bariatric surgery, lenox hill is the best place to have it. I had orgionally selected another surgeon to do the sugery, and stopped the surgery process because the hosptial had gotten such bad reviews. Lenox Hill was well staffed, and they were very attentive to my needs, esp. the first day when i was really out of it.

Overall, this hospital was very good. The nursing staff was excellent. The hospital was clean. I had a short stay in the ER during a return visit and I can't say much for the ER though. It was dirty and there were some characters there for nurses! Glad I wasn't there too long.

din't have any complaints,it was hot at night but that was it.and not being able to sleep but it was not the staff or hospital, it was my roommate.other than that it was a wonderful experience

Pain medications took a little while to get, but once the orders were written, it was fine. I did have a migraine while in the hospital, and was not allowed to take my own medication and they would not provide any for me. If I had been provided this medication, the stay would have been excellent

I was not very impressed w/ the hospital or the patient handling procedures. It seemed almost third world to me, not elite Upper East Side at all. The staff were dismissive and often totally ignored me or talked over me. Also, the hospital did not have appropriate chairs in the waiting rooms, patient rooms or pre-op areas.
