Harford Memorial is where my daughter was born back in 1987, so I guess I'm a bit biased in my opinion. I've had eye surgery(Dr.Protzco), knee surgery(Dr.Prohdel) and am due to have Bariatric surgery by Dr. Smoot. It's a wonderful hospital and staff that I recommend to others for their health care needs. Thank you!
