The hospital needs more handicap parking at the main lobby.

The whole experience is great. They are very accomidating. I forgot my powder and they went to gift shop and bought me some. The also fed my family for free. The whole gastric bypass system is set up so that you are the center of attention. From the time you go for your preop workup until you are discharged they have a person in charge to go with you and do everything, even staying with you the morning of surgery right up until you go into the operating room. It was great!!!!!

Everyone treated me wonderfully. From pre-op, recovery(wonderful) to the floor staff(Palentine Suites) 6th floor. They were as excited about my new life as I am. They kept me comfortable and answered any questions or concerns quickly.
