Ellis Hospital Hospital

The nursing staff at Ellis Hospital was amazing. They were social, fun, supportive, helpful and so supportive. My Bariatric Team was just as great. I was visited by the nutritionist, a PA, the surgeon...everyone was so supportive and encouraging. They all made what could have been an anxious, fearful situation into a well remembered and caring one.

My only complaints about the hospital, were that they were very slow to answer the call bell at night, I got tangled in my iv tubing, had to pee and spit up all at the same time. Then I had a panic attack and they didn't realy respond to it at all. My other complaint was that I had to wait over 7 hours from pacu to go to a room. When I got there, my roommate was not a bypass pt, but a gall bladder removal who could eat and made so much noise with her family there was no resting.

the nurses and the staff was very kind and very helpful with all my question and made me feel like i am important and they help me with all my needs and made my stay a pleasent stay for me and my family.my surgeon is the best and his associate were very good to me and do all they could for me to make me comfortable and well rested.

Everyone from admitting people to the Nurse's Aides, Nurse's, Dr's were very nice. The place was clean. Overall - I had a very good experience there.

For the short time I was there, everyone and everything was fine. The were attentive to my needs and informed me of what was expected of me throughout my stay.
