I was quite dissapointed with the lack of knowledge on the dietary portion of the Vertical Sleeve Surgery. I am still trying to get with the dietician to sit down and personalize my dietary needs.

Overall care in ICU was excellant --nurses were great --techs did nothing for me

I was extremely happy with the care that I received at Eglin hospital. I had my surgery on Nov and after the surgery was put in ICU (as every other pt is)but, when it was time for me to go to the other unit, there were no beds available, so my entire stay at the hospital was in ICU...The privacy sucked, but the care was awesome...

The staff as well as the facilities were wonderful. I never felt that if I needed anything it would take a long time to get it. I knew that all I had to do was ask and it was provided as quickly as possible.

Eglin has great aftercare. I felt like I was taken care of very well, especially in the ICU. My surgery experience was horrible.
