The staff was not caring or supportive. There were actually snide remarks.
The staff was paging my Dr. when I needed her with a totally wrong number.

the nursing staff for the most part was wonderful. the only complaint was that the housekeeping could have been a bit more complete when cleaning the room.

The nurses were very nice and attentive. The only complaint I have it the beds. They are very uncomfortable.

My regular doctor uses thiis hospital and I have had to use it on a few occasions and have never had a problem with them.

I was on the maternity ward, and the nurses were absolutely fabulous. They were very helpful and did not make me feel awkward regarding my weight. The gowns were very comfortable and large enough for me. The only negative comment would be regarding the dietary portion. I feel they should be better informed about what I can/cannot eat during my stay. For example I was given jello and popsicles with sugar, and should have had sugar free. In addition, they had to go to the store in order to provide me with gatorade, as per my doctor's orders. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, and I do feel they went above and beyond to accomodate me.

Did not have oversized equipment for bariatric patient. Even in pre admitting office, I couldn't fit into chair to sign papers for admission. Never tried to weigh me the whole time I was there.
