I was very impressed with Baylor of Plano, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Everyone was smiling and so very friendly. This will be the only place I got to for any medical care in the future.

Everyone at Baylor Plano was courteous & concerned with my well-being, from the housekeeping person who cleaned the room, all the way to the administration. The nurses, especially in ICU were fabulous!
