Sonny is so personable and a lot of fun to be around. She will spend what ever time you need talking about what you should or shouldn't be eating. She also hosts the support group meetings. They are informative and so uplifting. We are very lucky to have her.

Sonny is so full of energy. You really feel good once you are through with your meetings. She listen to what you have to say, and will give comments to help you. I just cannot say enough good things about her. Except I wished I had just a little of her energy.
