    Karen believes, "There is no single solution or quick fix. Everyone is different.”  She focuses on the individual and is dedicated to helping others find a balance in life so they can become the healthiest versions of themselves. 

    Karen uses her knowledge of nutrition and dietetics, cooking experience, and compassionate nutrition counseling to guide those interested in a more healthy approach to food. She is open-minded and understands that life happens and that everyone's version of a "healthy lifestyle" is unique.

    Karen is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and West Chester University earning a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics, and Master of Public Health Nutrition, summa cum laude. She is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietetic Nutritionist in Pennsylvania. 

    Karen and her family reside in Wayne, PA. where she also pracrices and serves the needs of her clients from the city of Philadelphia and the western Main Line suburbs.  

    In addition to private practice, Karen is a professional grant writer and author of the food and nutrition blog, True Food Feed. She is a Trustee of the PA Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Political Action Committee (PANDPAC).
