I felt like she was an old friend. She is extremely personable but at the same time she is knowledgable. I felt like she really loves what she does and thats the kind of person you want to have helping you.

I was very pleasently surprised at the nutrition session. Christina was very informative and helpful and had a we can work together and work through this attitude. I am looking forward to working with her
