It is very hard to evaluate someone that doesn't show up for their appointments. After showing up 15 minutes early, doing paperwork, waiting a half an hour, then going back up to see if she was coming....they paged her a 2nd time in which she returned call and said she was on her way from the Legacy. Then within 3 minutes, she called back and said she wasn't showing up and could I reschedule. And then, on top of everything they weren't going to give me a refund of my payment I had to make in advance! Needless to say, I am very displeased with this conduct. If she would have given a reason or at least talked to me, then I could have understood things coming up, but I found out that this wasn't the first time and there were many other complaints along the same lines concerning her performance and inconsideration of patient's time. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this dietician.
