Carol is a no-nonsense kind of gal. I was "floundering" after my first visit, and she explained that I needed to rearrange my thinking or else this was not going to work. She encouraged me to step up to the plate and make healthy decisions about my diet choices. She always lent an ear when I encountered obstacles and offered suggestions on how to overcome them. I love her!!!!
