I just want to thank again to my wonderful friend and Dr., all his staff, staff in the Hospital that was amazing, to keep this journey with me and give me all the motivation to get to my ideal weight. when I decided to have the surgery I was scare at the beginning, didn't have insurance and not a lot of money, but I was very young and with a very bad condition, bad habits and bad life in general, when you are not happy with you you can be happy with anything, so I work hard, save money choose the Dr. that answer all my question, talk with me and stay all the process (pre and post surgery) and have the best experience, the city is safe, and the hospital very clean!! after my surgery the pain was manage very well and stay there for 3 days, (they didn't send me to an hotel like others) I stay there with my nurse, the Drs. visited me everyday and the patient coordinators help me with everything (I was alone when I get the surgery) so for me they are like my family!!! I even enjoy from some books that the hospital lend to me!!
Love all of them, and love myself after surgery!!!

I Just want to be a learning experience for the other people that is just not sure to have this surgery and make this HUGE change of life style,I assure you that it is the best gift you can give to yourselves, be happy with your body and enjoy a good health is the best thing that someone can asked for, I always imagine how my life could have been before if I had this surgery years ago.
For my was the best experience, I totally in love and grateful with the service that my doctors, nurses gave me. and the result that I'm having today are amazing, so happy for me and for everyone that have decided to have surgery!!!

A year ago I had bypass surgery under Dr. Rafael Abril at Hispano Americano Hospital in Mexicali. I can only say this is the most important decision I've ever made. I've lost already 100 pounds and still going. Dr. Abril was truly a professional, he was very caring and compassionate. I totally recommend his practice. Besides the price was fair.

I can't really explain how thankful I am about this surgery. I definitely don't know where I would be if I had not done this for myself and my family. I was already suffering from many health conditions that my obesity had caused. I lost over 150 pounds and kept them off. It's been a little over 2 years since my gastric sleeve surgery by Dr. Rafael Abril in Mexicali Mexico. My experience was excellent and couldn't ask for anything else. Basically, Dr. Abril saved my life. I didn't have the money to have my surgery here in Arizona, so friends advise me to check for WLS options across the border. I am very thankful that I went this route to literally save and change my life forever.
