Thomas Greenlee Bariatric Surgeon M.D.

Dr. Greenlee was my surgeon for my gastric sleeve surgery in June 2013. I can't stress enough how pleased I am with the services provided by Dr. Greenlee and the Center for Weight Loss Surgery at Saint Joseph East Hospital. Dr. Greenlee and the entire staff of the program are very professional, supportive, positive and informative. The program offers a lot of support groups and the staff provide much needed support and education to ensure a person's success. So far I have lost 74 pounds and for the first time in my life, I am really focused on caring for myself through healthy eating and nutrition. Dr Greenlee was great! he was super nice and to the point. He was in no rush to leave the room when I was there and listened to all my concerns and talked with me.rnAfter the surgery he went and sat with my family and talked with them for 10 mins and asnwered their questions.rnThis hospital is for life and you keep coming back for a year then you come back as much as you want you have paid for a lifetime membership with them and his team.rn

I met Dr. Greenlee for the first time today I think he is a wounderful and skilled surgeon. I have not had the WLS yet I have it on March 24,2008 I will write more about Dr. Greenlee then.

My surgery date is 9-12-06!!! Dr. Greenlee was referred by my PCP. I have been through all the testing and will meet Dr. Greenlee personly 9-6-06. The office staff are more than friendly and informative.Looking forward to starting my journey. Met with Dr. Greenlee and he is the nicest and very straight forward with you. He answered all mine and DH questions about the surgery. The day of surgery was a blur, everything went fine without any problems. I slept off and on all day. The nurses were great,Dr. Greenlee was great, even the pain wasn't bad.

Dr. Greenlee was great. He instantly made me feel comfortable and I have/had complete confidence in his skills as a surgeon. I would highly recommend Dr. Greenlee to anyone considering weight loss surgery.

The note below the posting window warns that completely positive surgeon reviews could be deemed suspicious, but never the less, I can't for the life of me think of anything negative to say about Dr. Thomas Greenlee. From the time I met him he presented himself as a warm, caring individual deeply dedicated to his patients. Time and many more visits has only solidified that impression. There is no question that he is an excellent surgeon with an uncomparable record in laparocsopic gastric bypass surgery, but added to that are his amiable attitude, honesty involving all aspects of the surgery, and superior after care. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to my dearest friend or closest relative.

I met Dr Greenlee at a Introductory Seminar. He seemed very nice and understading to what people want, and need. Can't wait to have surgery by him.

8/30/04 - Went to seminar met all three surgeons - I was extremely impressed with all three they were kind curtious and caring there was no question at anytime that they seemed to good to answer or never once acted like they "WOULD RATHER BE SOMEWHERE ELSE" The complete staff was just sooooo very caring.
Dr. Green Lee was the surgeon who actually did my surgery He is Just the best. Can't say enough to describe how professional he is Bedside manner and all. I had no complications with my surgery and all is well and I have him to Thanks.(and GOD) I would Honestly recommend him to anyone. !!!

I fell in love with Dr. Greenlee the first time I met him at the seminar where all 3 surgeons were present to talk and answer questions. Now,, 4 weeks after preop I still feel the same way.. He is a very skilled,, caring surgeon,,, He has a great sense of humor. Great guy. The office staff is great,, all of them have been so patient and caring with me. I recommend Dr.Greenlee and all the surgeons and staff at Center for Weight Loss Center to anyone considering WLS. The aftercare program is great,, Very supporative and on the ball with everything.. On a scale of 1-10 I give them a 10.

Dr. Greenlee made me feel very comfortable right from the start. He has become a friend almost, than a doctor. The whole staff at St. Joseph East bariatric center is great, and you can ask them anything at any time. They are willing to go the extra mile to help you with any special requests or help you might need. They have a great after care program and social events as well. I have had no complications from my Laproscopic RNY.
