Richard A. Pucci, D.O. Bariatric Surgeon D.O.
my first impressions of dr pucci were that he is professional but cool at the same time and easy to talk to.his staff is a pleasure to work with and flexible .i do have to say that they take all pre-causions seriously and have a \"lets be safe rather than sorry\" motto which is a little pain in the butt when it comes to me wanting to be (fill-ed right up) but thank goodness for that, they are the experts.healthy weight loss is the only way they operate .the office staff followed up a few times sfter surgery and is always available for questions, big or small.rnoverall the surgery went great,no complications ,i was completly catered to by the\" Good Samaritan Hospital \"staff .all was comfortable and quick.i have referred my family and friends to him ,i trust him completly.
I had originally gone to another surgeon in Dr Pucci's group and was not happy at all after our initial consult. I went to Dr Pucci's office with all my consults done and he explained the procedure and all complication at our first consult. I finalized my paperwork for the insurance company and Dr Pucci's office faxed my info to my insurer on a Monday and I was approved on that Tuesday. I had an appointment within a week to schedule my surgery and I was given the date I wanted without a problem. Overall my experience so far with Dr Pucci has been very pleasant.rnrnI am 3 days post op and I am still very pleased with my surgeon. He found out my pain meds were stopped because of a problem with my IV and ordered me some percocet to counter the pain. My surgeon was there to visit me a few times while I was in the hospital. I am due to go in for my post op appointment next Tuesday, I will write more then.
