Dr. O'rourke is very nice. He really listens and takes the time to answer all your questions. The staff there at Colorado Springs Surgical Assoc is wonderful. I have been working with Marilyn and she has been very helpful and is very knowledgeable about this whole process.
I met with Dr. O'Rourke back in July of 2000. I was very comfortable with him. His staff is teriffic, Marilyn who handles all the Insurance requests is a gem. I recommend anyone seeking the open RNY to contact them.
Dr. O'Rourke and his staff, especially Marilyn are wonderful. They are very patient and pleasant to work with. They answered all my questions and then some. They have a through before and aftercare program that you have to commit to, which is for my benefit. I would recommend them to anyone seeking information about WLS.
Actually, I will have Dr. Oram-Smith who is a part of the surgerical team of Colorado Surgerical Associates. Dr.O'Rourke is on the list of surgeons... Dr. Oram-Smith is a caring, mature and very experienced doc. The office staff is beyond wonderful and knew what was needed for approval (from insurance). I feel totaly confident that he will do a fine job. To have the surgery, you must commit to an aftercare plan, which is for my benefit.
