I have been very impressed with Dr. Melkonian both as a technical surgeon and his interpersonal skills. He is likeable and communicates well. I believe the aftercare and support group systems will be put in place as he gets more and more patients coming his way. All in all, I could not be happier.

I really enjoyed my first meeting with Dr. Melkonian. He's a very nice man with alot of patience. He took the time to answer any questions that I had. He also took the time to explain ALL the benefits and risks. The office staff was marginal. They are pretty new to dealing with Obese patients and I felt like they were unsure of how to approach me. The aftercare program is EXCELLENT! I really enjoyed meeting him and look forward to my next appointment. On a scale of 1 to 10 i'd give him a 10 for sure!
Dr. Melkonian was straight forward and to the point. He didn't cut any corners. He also answered all of my questions and concerns tactfully. I would recommend he to anyone. His staff was consistent with getting my paperwork together and scheduling all of my appointments. They are always available to answer questions! I am quite shock at how smoothly this process is going.
