Michael A Perez Bariatric Surgeon M.D.

Dr. Perez struck me like a very caring person. He greated me with a big smile and made me feel very comfortable.

The office staff is extremly friendly and loving. I am always greted with a smile and a hello every time I stop by.

I have a friend who had her surgery done by a doctor in Miami. She was not properly informed about her procedure and has trouble getting in contact with her doctor. I spoke with a nurse at my doctors office and asked them if she could possible attend support group with me since she was not able to get help in Miami. My doctors office openly invited her in with open arms to participate with my support group. This goes a long way to demonstrate to what level my doctors office wants WLS patients to suceed.

I really like Dr Perez, he is a partner of Dr Marema. He is very friendly and willing to spend all the time needed. He and the other Dr w/Broward Center for Obesity, Dr Marema Dr Cox and of course Dr Perez, are wonderful.

I have not yet personal met with Dr. Perez. My first impression came from a support group meeting held at Holy Cross hospital. I'm the type of person that first impressions usually make a lasting impression. My first impression of Dr. Perez was very good. It does hurt either that he is quite good looking!!!!!
Dr. Perez is a partner of Dr Robert Marema. The interactions I have had with the staff to this point has been very positive. One of their surgical nurses (Debbie Cox), held my orientation session. She was very straight forward with all the information. Being a nurse myself, I was very pleased with her orientation session. She did not paint a rosey picture. She laid it on the line. To me this was the most important part of my new beginning. I wanted to know the truth.

Have not met Dr. Perez yet. I know Dr. Marema would not have him in the pracrice if he wasn't one of the best. After my Pre-op visit, I let you all know how I feel.
